The
Silver Football was awarded to the club securing
most championship points in all grades. After 1962,
this was changed to the club securing the highest
average of competition points per team in all
grades. The Bert Palmer Memorial Cup was awarded to
the Junior Boys team showing the highest standard of
loyalty to the team captain, punctuality and
adherence to the rules and spirit of the game. After
1955, this was confined to the 9th 12th grades only.
The
Bill Elwarth Memorial Cup was presented along the
same lines as the Bert Palmer, for competition in
the 13th 15th grades.
The
Peter Mackie Trophy was presented for competition in
2nd-8th grades and the Jordan Rose Bowl for Senior
grades.
The
George Whyte Kicking Trophy was won by the player
scoring most points by goal-kicking in the Senior
competition. |
